our History

In 2010, Lai and Preye Jimoh opened the first Dove Spa & Wellness Resort on 8 Aare Avenue, New Bodija and later on moved shop to 19 Aare Avenue, New Bodija.

Preye and husband Lai combined their expertise with a passion for customer service in making the Dove Spa & Wellness Resort a success. Business expanded, and the Jimohs moved the salon to a new home on 12 Saka Agbaje Street, Off Aare Avenue, New Bodija. This location gave the Jimohs a chance to create a luxurious salon and spa in the heart of Ibadan, pampering clients with attention and expertise unmatched by the competition

Parents of three, Preye and Lai have worked together since 2010,balancing their personal and professional lives to create a business they and their family can be proud of. Today, Dove Spa & Wellness Resort is a responsible corporate citizen, and a one-stop shop for families in Ibadan.

Salon & Day Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you are receiving multiple day spa treatments, spa attire and slippers will be provided for you when you arrive. Your clothes and possessions will be in a locker for the duration of your appointment at Dove. You will be asked to fill out a Massage, Waxing and/or Facial profile. These may be filled out ahead of time by printing out the forms located below. Guests under the age of 18 will need a guardian's signature on these forms. For your convenience, showers are available for you to use before and/or after treatments. If you wish to shower in between treatments, please notify the Client Coordinator scheduling your treatments to allow enough time for you to do so.     As a courtesy, we email you an appointment reminder 48 hours in advance and text you a reminder 24 hours in advance.

Payment Method

  • Naira Debit cards, Credit cards, local checks (with ID), Valid Dove Spa & Wellness Resort Gift Cards and good old-fash- ioned cash. Returned checks will NOT be entertained.

    Should you be dissatisfied with a product, please return it u nopened with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase date. We will gladly exchange the full value for a product more suited to your needs or issue you a spa credit of equal value.


  • The time needed for the service(s) you schedule is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), we require at least 24 hours advance notice. Reschedules and cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will incur a penalty of 20% of the full service charge. The same applies to 'No Shows'.

Prices/ Times

  • Our prices are subject to change without notice.All times stated are approximate.

    We love children... even our own! However, we do not permit children under the age of 12 years old to accompany parents to their appointment. We do ask that child care arrangements be made prior to your visit. This will allow for a more relaxing visit and atmosphere to all of our guests.

Late Arrivals

  • All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that if you arrive late for your appointment your treatment will be that much shorter so that the person following you starts at their appointed time. Late arrivals by more than 15 minutes may require a reschedule

Dove Gift Cards

  • These are available for any amount and make the perfect present for those passionate about looking and feeling their best'. You can purchase them bycalling or pick them up at our facility.
